Living in Miami Beach, we saw a need for bread that felt both traditional and intentional: genuinely flavorful, certified kosher, and made with a level of care you can taste. So we built Loaforia as a family-owned and operated bakery rooted in simplicity. Our signature loaves are made with only flour, water, and salt, relying on natural fermentation instead of commercial shortcuts.
